Parisi’s Italian Kitchen is a new restaurant concept led by a well-known chef and content creator with a major YouTube following. Despite his established online presence, Parisi wanted a different kind of storytelling for his restaurant—one that felt more personal, community-driven, and emotionally connected to the heart behind the brand.
After seeing how our work with Jilly’s Boutique Cafe brought the local community together, Parisi partnered with us to bring that same intentional storytelling approach to his launch. Together, we’re developing a brand strategy that reveals the behind-the-scenes journey of building his restaurant—showing the passion, people, and purpose behind every detail.
Currently, we’re finalizing the first phase of content for review and preparing to roll out the pre-opening storytelling plan next week. The goal: to build anticipation and connection before doors even open, so that when Parisi’s welcomes its first guests, the community already feels part of the story—and ready to experience it in person.
