Tierra Distilling Co. is a one-of-a-kind concept — a craft distillery that also operates as a coffee shop by day. When we began working together, one of the biggest challenges was brand clarity: most people knew Tierra for their coffee, but few realized they were also a full-scale distillery. Their social presence lacked consistency, strategy, and content that reflected their true identity.
Within the first three months, we achieved a 26% increase in profile activity and a 32% increase in profile visits, with steady month-over-month growth. By month four, accounts reached jumped 236%, driven by a refreshed content approach focused on shareability, education, and community connection.
We shifted Tierra’s online presence to spotlight their craft distilling roots—showcasing their sustainable production process, cocktail education, and the creativity behind their spirits. Our strategy intentionally balanced the coffee and cocktail sides of the brand, positioning Tierra as more than a café — but as a community hub built on craftsmanship and sustainability.
